Project List ( or Quilting Goals)

This page is for me to be able to review where I am at and hopefully see progress on projects.  Some (most) projects have been started but honestly they have lost their appeal and so will probably be donated to someone else to love or maybe even hit the trash bin (gasp).

2021 Finish list:
1.  Michael's Arrows: large lap, started and completed in a month! Sent to my brother.
2.  Banana Leaves: wall/lap size, started in apartment Sept/Oct 2020, finished 3/15. First thing I quilted after getting my longarm re-assembled after the move.
3.  Picnic quilt: large lap, pieced Oct 2020, custom quilted, finished binding ___.
4.  Lisa's Row by Row quilt. Started piecing Dec 2020, ran out of background fabric, bought more, wrong color. Waiting on next order.

To finish in 2020:
1.  Santa in the Forest (2017)
2.  Gossip in the Garden (2016-17)
3.  Stars of Love (blocks gifted to me 2016 I think) finished August 2020
4.  Long Time Gone (2016-17). top done July 2020
5.  Stitcher's Etc. block swap (1.5 inch squares)

Leader ender projects:
1.  Cheddar bow ties
2.  Little floating stars

Other projects:
1.  Beach Walk (fusible appliqué, got as a BOM kit, difficulty determining which fabric is for which block, the shop I bought it from didn't separate out the months)
2.  Turtle postage stamp (started as turned appliqué, really needs to be fusible.)
3.  Yellow, black and gray - BOM from shop in Georgia. Blocks made, need to set in sashing
4.  Snake River - one of my first quilts, an ambitious project. Fabrics all cut. Blocks were coming out too small. Now that I am better with a constant 1/4" seam it should go better.
5.  Strip swaps - I did two block swaps of string blocks and need to do something with them
6.  Grist mill - a Cynthia England pattern that just isn't coming together right. Holding on to it because of sentimentality, the inspiration is from a place visited in WV.
7. That Town and Country - another ambitious project, block of the day. 9 blocks done. Lost interest because it was the year I moved and couldn't stay with it.
8. Kathy McNiel vineyard - started in a class and not crazy about the fabrics
9.  30's tumblers - kit quilt - top done - needs quilting.
10.  Christmas log cabin - fabrics bought, not cut yet.
11.  Honey Bee Lane - pattern only
12.  Farm girl Vintage 1 & 2 - not started, fabrics purchased.
13.  Simply Mod Christmas - kit, fabrics cut.
14.  Applique whimsical garden - two blocks done
15. Tiny houses

Kits not started:
1.  Merry Meets Modern
2.  Holiday houses: June,
3.  Little Witch
4.  Many Row by Row kits
5.  Turtle wall hanging
6.  Manatee postage stamp
7.  Poppies - kit

Monthly Subscription Box projects (I get the Fat Quarter Shop Sew Sampler box, I will only list projects I really want to make. I enjoy getting the box for the pre-cut fabrics and notions that arrive every month)
1.  Banana Leaves. top done Oct 2020
2.  Pink Arrows (to be a baby quilt for soon to arrive Great Niece), 3/11 she arrived today and I started piecing it today before I knew :0) done and mailed may 2020.
